Therefore, all billings will always be at the then current billing rates. <br />This will not affect any agreed upon total or not -to- exceed fees. <br />INVOICES WILL BE SUBMITTED MONTHLY AND SHALL BE DUE AND PAYABLE WITHIN 30 DAYS.
