Huizar <br />Pursuant to Section 2 — Term of the Valet Parking Management Services and License <br />Agreement, A- 2014 -353, entered between Supreme Parking, Inc. and the City of Santa <br />Ana, dated January 1, 2015, the Agreement shall have two (2) one -year options to <br />renew, exercisable by the City Manager. Please accept this letter as the City's exercise <br />of the first one -year option, extending the expiration of the time period of said <br />Agreement from December 31, 2015, until December 31, 2016. The insurance <br />certificates and Additional Insured Endorsement are required to be extended and /or <br />renewed to cover this extension.
