Annual Meeting. <br /> <br />The annual rneeting of the Auth~rity s0-all <br /> <br />be held on the first Monday of July at 4:00 o'clock P. M. at the regular meeting <br /> <br />place of the A.uthority. In the event such date shall fall on a legal holiday, the <br /> <br />annual rneeting shall be held on the next succeeding secular day. <br /> <br />Section 2. Regular 1\1eeting. <br /> <br />Regular rneetings shall be held \vithout <br /> <br />notice at such tiITIC and place as rnay frOITI tilYlc to time be determined by <br /> <br />resolution of the Authority.
