ADDENDUM ONM (3/9-2/2016) <br />APPENDIX <br />ATTACHMENT 9-5a PREVAILING WAGE COMPLIANCE <br />STATEMENT <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REQUEST FOP, PROPOSALS <br />FOR <br />DANT YOUNG SOCCER COMPLEX FIELD n AND ##9-4 SYM°LTETIC TURF <br />REP NO., 16-01 <br />Contractor is aware of the requirements of California Labor Code Section 1720, et seq., as well as California <br />Code of Regulations, Title S, Section 16,000, et seq., C Prevailing Wage Laws"), which require the payment of <br />prevailing wage rates and the performance of other requirements on "public works" and "maintenance" <br />projects. Since fl -ie services are being performed as part of an applicable "public worlds" or. "maintenance" <br />project, as defined by the Prevailing Wage Laws, and since the total compensation is $1,000 or more, <br />Contractor agrees to fully comply with such Prevailing Wage Laws. <br />City shall provide Contractor with a copy of the prevailing rates of per diem wages in effect at the <br />commencement of this Agreement.
