The Planning Commission made no changes to the recommendation outlined in the <br />attached staff report (Exhibit A). <br />s' e <br />Phillip Kwan, proprietor for the Kiyomizu restaurant, is requesting approval of a Conditional use <br />permit (CUP) to allow a Type 41 Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABG) license for the on -premise <br />sale and consumption of beer and wine at a new restaurant. Establishments that sell alcoholic <br />beverages in the Transit Zoning Code area require a conditional use permit pursuant to Section <br />41-2007 of the Santa Ana Municipal Clads (SAMC). The applicant is also requesting approval of <br />a CUP to allow business operations until 2:00 a m. per Section 41.2007 of the SAMC.
