II. ASSESSTMENT OF RELOCATION NEEDS <br />RESIDENTIAL RELOCATION IMPACT <br />SURVEY METHOD <br />All tenants are being interviewed by agents to determine the family composition of the current residences <br />and explained the relocation process and benefits. As of the date of this report 100% of the displacees <br />have been contacted and /or interviewed inquiries were made of the displacees and household size and <br />composition, length of occupancy, property description, renter's information, owner /occupant information, <br />business use in residence (if applicable), income information, transportation & education, replacement <br />housing preferences, and ethnicity. Interviews and contacts have been done in person and over the phone <br />in the language of the displacee's preference. <br />FIELD SURVEY DATA- RESIDENTIAL <br />As of the date of this report our staff has calculated that there will be a total of 13 single family residence <br />dwelling and 1 mixed use of residence/ commercial. <br />A sample of the residential form used in the interview process is presented as Exhibit D of this report. <br />1.
