8. To make relocation benefit payments in accordance with Federal and State guidelines, including <br />the provisions of the Last Resort Housing sections where applicable, <br />9. To inform all persons subject to displacement of the Agency's policies with regard to eviction and <br />property management, and <br />10. To establish and maintain a formal grievance procedure for use by the displaced person seeking <br />administrative review of the Agencies decisions' with respect to relocation assistance. <br />PROJECTED DATES OF DISPLACEMENT <br />The City has approved the acquisition and relocation activities in September 2015. It is estimated this <br />process will be completed by spring 2017. Construction is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2017 and <br />be completed by summer 2018. <br />ESTIMATED RELOCATION COSTS <br />After all the research that was performed by our staff it has been estimated that it will cost a total of <br />$901,967 for residential relocation benefits, and a total of $3,463,417 for business relocation benefits that <br />will be affected by the project. Total estimates for relocation benefits for this project is $4,365,384, these <br />estimates include a 10% contingency. <br />The estimate does not include any compensation for Fixtures & Equipment or Loss of Business Goodwill <br />or include any provision for professional fees necessary to implement the Relocation Assistance <br />Program. <br />Page 123 <br />RELOCATION PLAN <br />Bristol Street Phase 4 Project <br />
