HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2014-03 <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to execute a historic property preservation agreement <br />with Ira Blitz for the structure located at 301 East Eighth Street (Whitson Home). <br />MOTION: Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and <br />Clerk of the Council to execute the attached agreement with Ira Blitz, <br />property owner, for the structure located at 301 East Eighth Street, subject <br />to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney. <br />E. HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2014-08 <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to execute a historic property preservation agreement <br />with Jack Jakosky for the structure located at 118 West Fifth Street (Ramona Building). <br />MOTION: Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and <br />Clerk of the Council to execute the attached agreement with Jack Jakosky, <br />property owner, for the structure located at 118 West Fifth Street, subject to <br />non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />F.
