HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2015-01 <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to execute a historic property preservation agreement <br />with PJ Jahangiri for the structure located at 2115 North Main Street (Macfarlane <br />House). <br />MOTION: Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager <br />and Clerk of the Council to execute the attached agreement with Neda and <br />PJ Jahangiri, property owners, for the structure located at 2115 North Main <br />Street, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager <br />and City Attorney. <br />D. HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2015-02 <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to execute a historic property preservation agreement <br />with PJ and Neda Jahangiri for the structure located at 2056 North Bush Street (Melton <br />House). <br />MOTION: Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager <br />and Clerk of the Council to execute the attached agreement with Neda and <br />PJ Jahangiri, property owners, for the structure located at 2056 North Bush <br />Street, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager <br />and City Attorney. <br />* * * END OF CONSENT CALENDAR * * * <br />Communication Disclosure was taken out of order: <br />COMMISSIONER COMMUNICATION DISCLOSURE (REGARDING AGENDIZED <br />PROJECTS) <br />Vice Chair Christy disclosed that she visited each home on the agenda. <br />After meeting adjournment, Commissioner McLoughlin stated he failed to disclose that <br />he spoke with David Rance about the historic designation process in late December and <br />wanted to state it for the record. <br />1. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: <br />1. Elect a Chairperson for the Historic Resources Commission for the 2015 <br />term. <br />2. Elect a Vice Chairperson for the Historic Resources Commission for the <br />2015 term. <br />Vice Chairperson Christy called for nominations for Chairperson. Commissioner <br />McLoughlin nominated Vice Chairperson Christy as Chairman and the nomination was <br />accepted.
