PUBLIC HEARING — HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION APPLICATION NO. <br />2015-02, HISTORIC REGISTER CATEGORIZATION NO. 2015-01, AND HISTORIC <br />PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2015-04 <br />Filed by David Rance to allow the placement and categorization in the Santa Ana Register <br />of Historical Properties as Contributive for the property located at 2130 North Ross Street <br />(Gregory House) and to execute a Mills Act agreement with the City of Santa Ana. Vice <br />Chairperson Christy opened the public hearing. The applicant spoke in support of approval <br />for the project. There were no speakers and the hearing was closed.
