STAFF COMMENTS <br />Ryan Hodge <br />• Mentioned that this would be his last meeting as legal counsel for the Historic <br />Resources Commission and introduced Lisa Storck as the new attorney for the <br />commission. <br />Hally Soboleske <br />• Welcomed the new members to the Commission. <br />• Mentioned a historic orientation for new commissioners will be set shortly and that all <br />commissioners are invited should they choose to attend. Details will be forthcoming. <br />• Introduced Philip Chinn with the Orange County Historical Commission (First <br />District) and he spoke regarding his commission's purpose and accomplishments, as <br />well as provided historic -related materials for the Commission. <br />8. HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />All commissioners thanked Ryan Hodge for his years of service to the Historic <br />Resources Commission, congratulated Alberta Christy and Mark McLoughlin for their <br />new roles as Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, respectively, as well as welcomed <br />Commissioners Bauer, Coolidge and Murashie. Additional comments listed below: <br />Commissioner Bauer <br />Mentioned he's looking forward to working with the commission. <br />Commissioner Coolidge <br />• Thanked the commission for their warm welcome, thanked the homeowners for <br />attending and encouraged all present to attend the Downtown Farmers' Market after <br />the meeting. <br />Commissioners Hitterdale, McLoughlin, and Murashie <br />• Congratulated the homeowners for their historic designation. <br />Commissioner Rosas <br />• Stated it was great to see homeowners excited about their home preservation. <br />HRC MINUTES 6 APRIL 2, 2015 <br />
