AGMT NO. 2016-073 - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute a ten-year participation agreement with the <br />County of Orange for the construction of a new County animal <br />shelter, for the period of April 19, 2016 through July 1, 2026, in an <br />amount not to exceed $7,141,377, subject to non -substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />2.
