MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute a purchase agreement, subject to nonsubstantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney, with property owner <br />Rocio Rodriguez Valle, for the property commonly known as or located <br />at 1301 West Carlton Place (APN 408-332-18), for the full purchase price <br />for said real property and goodwill (if any), in the amount of $450,000. <br />251.
