Warranty & Maintenance Support Version 8.1 Guidelines & Options <br />9.7 PRODUCT STEERING COMMITTEES <br />Product Steering Committees allow Tiburon Clients to participate in product development and direction <br />for all major Tiburon applications. Each Product Steering Committee is composed of a chairperson <br />elected by the Tiburon User Group, and up to five additional members selected by the chairperson The <br />Product Steering Committee members solicit input from Tiburon Clients licensed for each product line, <br />and compile suggested product changes to discuss at the annual Product Steering Committee meetings, <br />which are held in the spring. A Tiburon product advocate and Tiburon product technical lead attend the <br />annual Product Steering Committee meetings. Each session begins with a full demonstration of the <br />current product version, followed by a discussion of potential changes and enhancements. As a result of <br />these discussions, the Product Steering Committees determine which changes will be applied to the next <br />product version, <br />Product Steering Committee information is accessible via the password protected area of Tiburon's <br />website. Posted information includes annual Product Steering Committee Enhancement lists, as well as <br />Product Steering Committee issues submitted by Clients for discussion at the next annual Product <br />Steering Committee meeting. <br />Tiburon, Inc.
