The Property is located in the City of Santa Ana, and is used as a dual - purpose <br />facility offering both transitional housing and permanent housing with supportive <br />services for single, homeless men from the community. <br />2. Section 5.4, Other Terms and Conditions of Loan, subsection (5) shall be amended to <br />read as follows: <br />"failure of Developer or a subsequent owner to use the Property for the purpose of <br />transitional housing or permanent housing with supportive services. <br />3. Section 7.1, Use and Maintenance of the Property, subsection (B) shall be amended to <br />read as follows: <br />"Use the Property as a dual- purpose facility offering both transitional housing and <br />permanent housing with supportive services for single, homeless men from the <br />community, as detailed in the Developer's Plan attached hereto as Exhibit A and <br />incorporated herein by this reference." <br />4.
