PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2016-12 <br />(Applicant: 7 -Eleven, 2626 North Bristol Street, Unit B) <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on April 15, 2016 and notices <br />mailed April 15, 2016. <br />Applicant submitted a written request asking that the item be pulled and continued to <br />a date uncertain. <br />2. Restaurant Acapulco, 2429 West McFadden Avenue, Unit 106) <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on April 15, 2016 and notices <br />mailed April 15, 2016. <br />A project overview was provided by Pamela Guerra, Planning Technician. <br />Chairman Gartner opened the public hearing. Leon Jacobs, representing three <br />neighborhood associations, spoke in opposition of the project noting concern that <br />the security guard leaves at 10:00 p.m. Duke Yum, property owner, spoke in <br />support of the project and noted he is willing to extend hours of security guard until <br />the closing of the restaurant. Ha Nguyen, applicant, was available to answer <br />questions and spoke in support of the project.
