INSUAA.Nr:L COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY CG 86 74 12 07 CONTRACTORS LIABILITY PLUS ENDORSEMENT This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY OOVE"aAGE PART SCHEDULE Name of Person or Organization: City of Santa Ana Community Development Agency 20 Civic Center Plaza Santa Ana, CA 92701 DUTY TO DEPEND Paragraph a. of SECTION I -- COVERAGE A and COVERAGE 8 is replaced by the following: a. We will pay those sums that the insured be- cdines legally obligated to pay as damages becauso of "bodily injury" "property damage ar "personal injury and advertising Injury" to which this insurance applies, We will have the right and duty to defend the in- surod against any "suit" seeking those dam- ages. Our duty, to defend begins once you notify its of a "suit" as described in SEC- TION IV — COMMERCIAL GENERAL LI- ABILITY CONDITION% 2,b. However, we will have no duty to defend the Insured against any "suit" Seeking damages for "bodily injury ", "property damage ", or "personal injury or advertising injury" to which this insurance does not apply. We, may, at our discretion, investigate any "occurrence" and settle any claim or "sulV that may result. But: (1) The amount we will pay for damages is limited as described in SECTION III — LIMITS OF INSURANCE; and (2) Our right and duty to defend `ends when we have used up the applicable limit of Insurance in the payment of judgments or settlements under COVERAGES A eta.
