Huizar <br />REGARDING: Budget Modification #2 for Bridges to Engineering Program Provider Saddleback College <br />Saddleback (contractor) requested a Budget Modification to Agreement A- 2012 -14 -1. Budget <br />Modification #2 has been approved and is effective October, 1, 2015. <br />Section It B. of said Agreement states that Contractor has the ability to adjust line item amounts in <br />the budget with the approval of the Executive Director, so long as the total Budget amount does not <br />increase. <br />The Budget shall be modified to reallocate $169,779.10 from the Travel, Supplies and Contractual <br />line items to the Personnel, Benefits and Indirect Cost Rate line items.
