REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING DATE: <br />MAY 17, 2016 <br />TITLE: <br />CERTIFICATION AND APPROVAL BY CITY <br />ENGINEER — FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 17774 <br />(1206 NORTH HARBOR BOULEVARD) <br />(STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 3o 2) <br />CITY MANAGER 9 <br />9 iJM4� <br />Receive and file. <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL USE ONLY: <br />APPROVED <br />❑ As Recommended <br />❑ As Amended <br />[� Ordinance on 1" Reading <br />CI Ordinance on 2nd Reading <br />Implementing Resolution <br />[] Set Public Hearing For <br />CONTINUED TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />This action informs the City Council of the imminent approval of the subdivision based upon the <br />Subdivision Map Act and meeting all of the conditions of approval set by the City, The City Engineer has <br />received Final Tract Map No. 17774 (City Tract Map No. 2014 -01), for 1208 North Harbor Boulevard <br />(Exhibit 1), from the current owner, TH Harbor Venture, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, and <br />is in the process of reviewing the map for final approval. <br />The project site is located within the corridor district of the Harbor Mixed Use Transit Corridor Specific <br />Plan (SP -2).
