Page xvii, Bid Opening, paragraph 1. Replace with the following: <br />The Agency publicly opens and reads bids at the time and place noted on the <br />Notice Inviting Bids. Prior to Bid Opening, Contractors will be required to comply <br />with the City's new security policy and sign -in with the receptionist on the first <br />floor (policy attached). Contractors will sign -in under Bid opening for Project <br />15 -6606 to receive elevator access to the 3rd floor lobby. Contractors should <br />allow themselves additional time to register in order to avoid missing the time - <br />stamp deadline as stated on the Notice Inviting Bids. <br />2.
