Adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment No. 2016 -02. <br />3. Adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2016 -02. <br />4. Adopt a resolution approving Tentative Tract Map No. 2016 -02 as conditioned. <br />5. Approve the vacation of excess right -of -way on First Street. <br />6. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an Inclusionary Housing <br />Agreement with Olson Urban Housing, LLC for the construction of nine affordable units and <br />the payment of an in -lieu fee of $24,450 for a fractional unit for the residential development <br />located at 1506,1524 & 1548 West First Street. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />At its regular meeting on April 11, 2016 by a vote of 5:0 (Alderete and Bacerra absent), the <br />Planning Commission recommended that the City Council approve and adopt the Mitigated <br />Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Program for Environmental Review No. 2015 -09, <br />adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment No. 2016 -02, adopt an ordinance <br />approving Amendment Application No. 2016 -02, and adopt a resolution approving Tentative Tract <br />Map No. 2016 -02 as conditioned for the First and Pacific Townhome project, a 62 -unit for -sale <br />residential development at 1506 through 1548 West First Street. The Planning Commission <br />made no changes to the recommended actions outlined in the attached staff report (Exhibit A). <br />75A -1 <br />
