Many of them have <br />been quite negative. I have seen new gangs, acts of violence, the crack epidemic etc, so as the <br />new improvements have evolved I have welcomed each one. I used to think about how nice it <br />would be for the Walnut apartments to go condo . Never did I consider an entirely new <br />development by there though. This goes past my wildest dreams and when viewed as a. <br />compliment to the 88 million Dollar Bristol Project it is just stunning.
