Adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment No, 2016 -02. <br />3. Adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2016 -02. <br />4. Adopt a resolution approving Tentative Tract Map No. 2016 -02 as conditioned. <br />Request of Applicant <br />Sandi Gottlieb, on behalf of The Olson Company, is requesting approval of several entitlements for <br />the First and Pacific Townhome project, a 62 -unit for -sale residential development proposed at 1506 <br />through 1548 West-First Street. Specifically, the applicant is requesting approval of a General Plan <br />Amendment (GPA) to change the property's General Plan land use designation from the General <br />Commercial (GC) to the Urban Neighborhood (UN) land use designation, approval of an Amendment <br />Application (AA) to change the property's zoning designation from General Commercial (C -2) and <br />Single- Family Residence (R -1) to Specific Development No. 90 (SD -90), approval of a tentative tract <br />map to allow the individual sale of the townhome units, and adoption of a Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Program. In addition, the City is requesting approval of a GPA <br />and AA to make a 0.16 -acre parcel that is surrounded by the project consistent with the proposed <br />designations for the townhome development. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />75A -5 <br />
