<br />Council to execute an agreement with Walker Parking Consultants for an initial
<br />two-year term beginning May 17, 2016 through May 16, 2018, with a provision for two
<br />one-year extensions exercisable by the City Manager and the City Attorney, in an
<br />amount not to exceed $72,220 that includes a contingency of $9,420 over the life of
<br />the agreement subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager
<br />and City Attorney.
