("CBRE"), we are pleased to submit this <br />response to the City of Santa Ana (the "City ") regarding on -call brokerage services for the City's <br />surplus commercial real estate portfolio. <br />The enclosed Statement of Qualifications demonstrates CBRE's ability to provide all services <br />requested in the Scope of Work for commercial properties and the disposition of the City's <br />surplus commercial real estate.
