LS 5.2.16 <br />B. Recording service fee. Whenever the Executive Director in his or her discretion <br />determines that the recording of a certificate of lien is desirable to secure and <br />effectuate the collection of any amount required to be paid under the terms of this <br />Division, then a recording service fee shall be applicable in the amount as <br />specified by resolution of the city council. <br />Section 6. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase or portion of <br />this ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of <br />any court of competent Jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining portions of this ordinance.
