Each potential displaced <br />occupant was given written notification regarding the Plan's <br />availability and an opportunity to submit questions or comments. <br />H. The primary purpose of the Relocation Plan is to outline the <br />requirements for moving and re- establishing the displaced <br />residential and business occupants, and to demonstrate the level of <br />advisory and financial assistance that will be provided. <br />Based on occupant interviews, needs analyses, and searches for <br />appropriate replacement sites, the Agency estimates relocation <br />costs to be approximately $4,480,603. <br />Section 2: The City Council hereby approves the Relocation Plan for the <br />acquisition activities for Phase 4 of the Bristol Street widening plan Warner <br />Avenue and Saint Andrew Place. <br />Section 3: In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, <br />the proposed project has been determined to be adequately evaluated in the <br />previously prepared FEIR (FEIS /EIR No. 89 -01) approved by City Council in <br />1990. Due to several minor design modifications related to Phase 4, an <br />Addendum to the FEIS /EIR was prepared and adopted according to the <br />California Environmental Quality Act by City Council on April 7, 2015. <br />Section 4: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption <br />by the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the <br />vote adopting this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 2016 <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Sonia R.
