Dateriorated /substandard roofing. <br />8. Unsafe pools — pools with algae, unsafe pool fences and pool gales. <br />9. Loose or unsafe stairs, handrails or guardrails. <br />10, Unsafe or severely damaged deckinglsubfloor on balconies above ground level <br />11. Unapproved building, electrical, plumbing or mechanical alterations. <br />12. Excessive broken sprinklers. <br />13. Torn window /door screens. <br />14. Uneven sidewalks and /or walkways. <br />15. Dirty hallways, sidewalks or walkways. <br />16. Illegal fences. <br />17. Unsightly window coverings. <br />18. Deteriorated driveways, blocked driveways, excessive oil on driveways. <br />19.
