CG 71 98 02 15 <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />SECTION I -COVERAGES <br />A. The following changes are made at COVERAGE A - BODILY INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE LIABILITY <br />1. Extended Property Damage <br />At 2. Exclusions exclusion a. Expected or Intended Injury is replaced with the following: <br />"Bodily injury" or "property damage" expected or intended from the standpoint of the insured. This exclusion does <br />not apply to "bodily injury" or "property damage" resulting from the use of reasonable force to protect persons or <br />property. <br />2. Expanded Fire Legal Liability <br />At 2, Exclusions the last paragraph is deleted and replaced by the following: <br />Exclusions c. through n. do not apply to damage by fire, explosion, lightning, smoke resulting from such fire, <br />explosion, or lightning or sprinkler leakage to premises while rented to you or temporarily occupied by you with <br />permission of this owner. A separate limit of insurance applies to this coverage as described in SECTION III - <br />LIMITS OF INSURANCE, <br />3. Non -Owned Watercraft <br />At 2. Exclusions exclusion g. Aircraft, Auto Or Watercraft (2) (a) is deleted and replaced by the following: <br />(a) Less than 51 feet long; <br />4. Property Damage—Borrowed Equipment <br />At 2. Exclusions the following is added to paragraph (4) of exclusion j. Damage To Property: <br />This exclusion does not apply to "property damage" to borrowed equipment while at a jobsite and while not being <br />used to perform operations. The most we will pay for "property damage" to any one piece of borrowed equipment <br />under this coverage is $25,000 per occurrence. The insurance afforded under this provision is excess over any <br />valid and collectible property insurance (including deductible) available to the insured, whether primary, excess, <br />contingent or on any other basis. <br />5. Property Damage Liability — Elevators <br />At 2. Exclusions the following is added to paragraphs (3), (4) and (6) of exclusion 1. Damage To Property: <br />This exclusion does not apply to "property damage" resulting from the use of elevators. However, any insurance <br />provided for such "property damage" is excess over any valid and collectible property insurance (including <br />deductible) available to the insured, whether primary, excess, contingent or on any other basis. <br />B. The following coverages are added: �\e�edAA�� <br />1. COVERAGE D -VOLUNTARY PROPERTY DAMAGE COVERAGE <br />"Property damage" to property of others caused by the insured: <br />a. While in your possession; or <br />b.
