EXHIBIT B <br />shall work collaboratively to ensure the traction power substation sites are not obtrusive to surrounding <br />uses through the Station and Urban Design process identified in Exhibit B Section 5.9.1. <br />11.0 ENVIRONMENTAL <br />fill ltUtlNK912U14L <br />Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15097(a), the CITY delegates the CITY's reporting and <br />monitoring responsibilities as set forth in the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program to the <br />AUTHORITY, and the AUTHORITY accepts the delegation of those reporting and monitoring <br />responsibilities. The CITY shall participate in meetings related to the Mitigation Monitoring and <br />Reporting Program as needed and receive regular updates on the progress. The AUTHORITY shall <br />provide copies of all environmental reporting and monitoring reports to the CITY to ensure compliance <br />is maintained. In accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15097(a), the CITY ultimately remains <br />responsible for ensuring that the mitigation measures in the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting <br />Program are implemented. <br />11.2 ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENT UPDATES <br />In the event the AUTHORITY deems it necessary to make significant changes to the Project <br />descriptions as submitted to the Federal Transit Administration or used for purposes of the <br />Environmental Impact Report, the AUTHORITY shall take the lead on preparing any required updates. <br />The CITY shall be responsible for supporting and coordinating with the AUTHORITY in completing <br />any additional environmental review required under State or federal law.
