Each project will be defined with the <br />following specifics: <br />* Project title and objective <br />* Scope of work <br />* Deliverables <br />* Sponsors and stakeholders <br />* Resource needs <br />* Planning budget <br />* Planning schedule <br />The final implementation plan will prescribe <br />fiscal projections for these GIS projects by <br />defined phases and schedule to present a <br />road map for successful and sustainable <br />* Project kickoff meeting <br />a Weekly action Item review <br />implementation, maintenance, and management. <br />Expected challenges for conducting the needs <br />assessment and planning are most likely around <br />project logistics of engaging each stakeholder group <br />throughout each of the project tasks. Psornas' <br />methodology will engage city participants at each <br />step in the process and help instill city ownership of <br />the resulting strategic initiatives. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />This section defines Psomas' scope of services, <br />project task plan, and deliverables.
