Contract Award to Quinn Company <br />for Emergency Diesel Generator Set <br />June 7, 2016 <br />Page 2 <br />Bids received on April 13, 2016, were opened and evaluated (Exhibit 1). The bid received from <br />Quinn Company is responsive to the specifications and meets the City's requirements.
