The Planning Commission made no changes to the <br />recommended conditions of approval outlined in the attached staff report (Exhibit A). <br />DISCUSSION <br />The Rockfire Grill is a restaurant where the applicant is requesting approval of an Alcoholic <br />Beverage Control (ABC) license to allow the on- premise consumption of beer and wine for patrons <br />of the restaurant. The restaurant is a casual eating establishment that holds approximately 36 <br />seats within its 1,000- square -foot dining room and 28 on the 275 - square -foot outdoor patio. Full - <br />sized site plans are available for public viewing in the Clerk of the Council Office. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #3 - Economic Development, <br />Objectives #2 (create new opportunities for business /job growth and encourage private <br />development through new General Plan and Zoning Ordinance policies). <br />31 C -1 <br />
