First Street Apartments Project <br />Relocation Plan <br />The Developer will provide relocation assistance to non - lawfully present persons with non- <br />federal funds. Therefore, based on the occupancy standard stated above, the replacement units <br />required for the Project occupants to be offered permanent relocation assistance are either a <br />one - bedroom rental unit or a two - bedroom rental unit. <br />3. Income <br />Verbal information regarding gross household income was provided by the household who <br />may be permanently displaced. According to income standards for the County of Orange <br />(Exhibit A) adjusted for family size as published by the United States Department of Housing <br />and Urban Development (HUD), the household qualifies as Extremely Low Income (30% or <br />less of AMI). <br />4. Ethnicity/Language <br />The household reported their ethnicity as Hispanic and English as the preferred language. All <br />verbal communication and required written notices will be provided in the language <br />understood by the members of the household. <br />5. Senior /Handicapped Households <br />There are no senior members (62 years or older), and no disabilities werereported. <br />6.
