There is also a cell tower on the site. All occupants have been interviewed <br />and provided informational notices of the Relocation Plan in accordance <br />with State and Federal requirements. All project occupants received a <br />copy of the draft Relocation Plan with an Advisory Notice on November <br />18, 2015 describing the public review and public comment period and <br />providing an address to send written comments and a phone number to <br />call for verbal comments or questions. There were no public comments <br />received during the 30 -day public review and comment period between <br />November 19, 2015 and December 18, 2015. Furthermore, all occupants <br />will be provided relocation assistance, including advisory services, moving <br />costs, and re- establishment services provided by the Developer and its <br />relocation consultant. <br />Section 2: The City Council hereby approves the Relocation Plan for the <br />residential Property located at the aforementioned address, and the establishment of an <br />account in accordance with state mandates for the payment of relocation benefits to the <br />displaced households. <br />Section 3: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this day of , 2016. <br />Miguel Pulido <br />Mayor <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Sonia R.
