AGREEMENT WITH ORRICK, HERRINGTON & SUTCLIFFE LLP FOR ON- <br />CALL BOND COUNSEL SERVICES WITH THE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />{STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 3} <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the Executive Director to execute an <br />agreement with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP for on-call bond counsel <br />services in an amount not to exceed $75,000 for a three-year term beginning July 1, <br />2016 through June 30, 2019, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the <br />Executive Director and the Housing Authority General Counsel. <br /> <br /> <br />COMMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />4.
