Chairman <br />Gartner opened the public hearing. Correspondence received from SA Residents in <br />opposition of the project. Daniel Barth, applicant, answered questions and spoke in <br />support of the project. Adopt an ordinance approving Ordinance Amendment No. 2016-01 to <br />revise Santa Ana Municipal Code (SAMC) Chapter 22 — Massage <br />Establishments. <br />2.
