R-Mromm <br />substantially reduce potential short term construction related visual impacts at <br />Centennial Park. Similar to the Proposed Project, potential short term <br />construction related adverse impacts to the existing visual character at <br />Centennial Park and at the Heritage Museum would be less than significant <br />Alternative 4: Pipeline Design Alternative <br />Under Alterative 4, four injections wells would be constructed at Centennial Park <br />and a below ground monitoring well would be constructed at Heritage Museum. <br />The wells would not visible to the public and no long term adverse changes to the <br />existing visual character at Centennial Park and at the Heritage Museum would <br />occur. Similar to the Proposed Project potential long term adverse changes to the <br />existing visual character of Centennial Park and at the Heritage Museum would <br />be less than significant. <br />Under Alternative 4, the water supply line would extend through open space at <br />Centennial Park. There would be increased potential for short-term adverse <br />construction related impacts to affect the aesthetic character of the park. Similar <br />to Proposed Project, the construction related aesthetic impacts would be for a <br />short period of time and when completed the disturbed areas would be returned <br />to their pre-project condition. Potential short-term impacts to the existing <br />character of Centennial Park and the Heritage Museum would be less than <br />significant, <br />Mitigation: Measures <br />No mitigation measures required. <br />Level of Impact after Mitigation <br />Alternative 1: No adverse impact <br />Alternative 2: Less than significant adverse impact <br />Alternative 3: Less than significant adverse impact <br />Alternative 4: Less than significant adverse impact <br />IMPACT AR-3: Would the project create a new source of substantial light or <br />glare which will adversely affect day or nighttime views in the area? <br />Alternative 1: INo Federal!
