Section 5 <br />Alternative 3: Less than significant adverse impact with Mitigation Measure 810-1 <br />and B10-2. <br />Alternative 4: Less than significant adverse impact with Mitigation Measure 610-1 <br />and B10-2, <br />IMPACT BIO-5: Would the project conflict with any local policies or <br />ordinances protecting biological resources, such as a tree preservation <br />policy or ordinance? <br />Alternative 1: No Federal Action/No Project <br />Under Alternative 1, the project would not be implemented, There would not be <br />any construction activity occurring within Centennial Park or at the Heritage <br />Museum that could have the potential to conflict with City of Santa Ana policies <br />that provide for the protection of biological resources, <br />Alternative 2: Proposed Project <br />The City of Santa Ana General Plan provides polices for the conservation of <br />special status species. Biological studies conducted on the project site did not <br />identify the presence of special status species or suitable habitat to support to <br />special status species. Therefore, the implementation the Proposed Project <br />would not be in conflict with City of Santa Ana policies that provide for the <br />protection of biological resources. <br />Alternative 3: Reduced Intensity Alternative <br />Under Alternative 3, the potential for conflicts with City of Santa Ana policies that <br />provide for the protection of biological resources would be at the same level as <br />the Proposed Project. No adverse impacts would occur. <br />Alternative 4: Pipeline Design Alternative <br />Under Alternative 4, the potential for conflicts with City of Santa Ana policies that <br />provide for the protection of biological resources would be at the same level as <br />the Proposed Project.
