Section 5 <br />iM BI -3 Conductor Casing Installation <br />With the construction of the sound walls the installation of the conductor casing <br />at M'BI -3 would result in noise levels that would range from a -0.1 dB decrease to <br />a to 1.4 dB increase. As shown in Table 45, the construction activity would not <br />exceed the day dime noise standard. The installation of the conductor casiing <br />would occur during the day when the construction activity would be exempt under <br />the City's Noise Ordinance.
