Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement with <br />Keenan & Associates to act as the Broker of Record /Consultant for the City's Group <br />Vision", Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Long Term Disability Insurance, <br />Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Retiree Billing, and Section 125 Flexible Spending <br />Accounts (FSA) for a term beginning June 21, 2016 through June 30, 2018, paid <br />commission by the insurance carriers, subject to non - substantive changes approved by <br />the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement with Dick <br />Cook Insurance Services to act as the Broker of Record /Consultant for the City's Group <br />Dental insurance Policies for a term beginning June 21, 2016 through June 30, 2018, <br />paid commission by the insurance carriers, subject to non - substantive changes approved <br />by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />25M -1 <br />
