If to City: City Attorney <br />City of SantaAna <br />20 Civic CenterPlaza <br />Santa Ana, CA 92702 <br />If to City Manager: David Cavazos <br />City Manager <br />City of SantaAna <br />20 Civic Center plaza <br />Santa Ana, CA 92702 <br />Notice shall be domed given as of the date of personal service or upon the date of <br />deposit in the course oftransmission with the United States postal Service, <br />S. <br />Duties, Acceptance of Appointment, Hours of Work, Regional <br />Liaison. <br />8.1 Duties <br />City hereby agrees to employ Employee as City Manager of the City of Septa Ana <br />to perform the functions and duties specified in the City Chaster of the City of Santa Ana, and to <br />Perform such other legally permissible duties and functions as the City Council may firm time to <br />time assign. <br />82 Acceptance ofAppointmont <br />Employee hereby accepts the appointment as City Manager of the City of Santa <br />Ana subject to all terms and conditions $0 forth in this Agreement, <br />8.3 Flours of Work <br />It is recognized that City Manager devotes a great deal of time outside the normal <br />City H411 ofEoe -hours schedule, and to that end, he shall be allowed to establish his work <br />schedule, taking into consideration that he is responsible for the supervision of employees and <br />has responsibilities to serve all departments of the City, <br />9.
