GENERAL FUND <br />PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCYPROGRAM <br />Community Preservation01116540 <br />Statement of Purpose <br />To improve the integrity of our neighborhoods through personalized neighborhood contact, education in code <br />requirements, quality inspections, responsive and dedicated personnel, and innovative processes. <br />Community Preservation provides professional inspections throughout the City, responds to complaints concerning <br />substandard living conditions, maintenance and use of existing properties, and issues citations for violations of the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code.
