SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS <br />PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCYPROGRAM <br />Air Quality Improvement Fund03116510 <br />Statement of Purpose <br />To formulate and coordinate policies and programs and assist in the improvement of the City's air quality. <br /> <br />The Planning Division of the Planning and Building Agency has been assigned the responsibility of formulating and <br />coordinating the City's air quality improvement policies and programs. This lead role involves participation in a number of <br /> <br />regional planning and air quality groups/activities, including the Orange County Council of Government Technical Advisory <br /> <br />Committee. The Air Quality Trust Fund covers a majority of the costs to facilitate these efforts, and also funds <br />miscellaneous air quality improvement projects. <br />SERVICE PROGRAM <br />AIR QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PLAN <br />Planning staff assumes the lead role in coordinating the City's air quality improvement activities. This includes identifying <br />goals, policies, programs, and funding source(s) for local implementation of Federal and State ambient air quality goals. The <br />City builds upon the analysis and findings of the ongoing Technical Advisory Committee of the Orange County Council of <br />Governments. <br /> <br /> <br />ЎΏЋБ <br /> <br />
