This division seeks to transform the agency into a catalyst for <br />enriching the community's quality of life by developing services aimed at youth development, arts and culture, <br /> recreation, and library services; providing well-maintained parks, trails, and recreation facilities; and <br />by sustaining opportunities for community partnerships and participation. <br /> <br />2-43 <br /> <br />
