E%HI33IT E <br />EASEMENT COUNTY TO DISTRICT <br />Section 2. All notices, documents, correspondence, and communications concerning <br />the perpetual easement shall be addressed as set forth in this paragraph, or as the parties may <br />hereafter dosignate by written notice, and shall be sent through the United States mail, duly <br />registered or certified with postage prepaid. Any such mailing shall be deemed served or <br />delivered twenty -four (24) hours after mailing. Each party may change the address for notices <br />by giving the other party at least ton (10) calendar days prior written notice of the new <br />address. GRANTOR agrees that it shall not grant any surface, subsurface or aerial rights <br />in the Fasarend Area as will unreasonably interfere with m prohibit the use by DISTRICT of the <br />rights and easement herein granted. <br />GRANTOR reserves all lights compatible with and not prejudicial to DISTRICT exercise <br />of the rights and easement horcin granted; provided, no improvements shall be constructed, placed or <br />permitted within, upon, under or above the Easement Area until such construction and/or <br />maintenance plans have first been approved in writing by the Director, OC Public Works of the <br />County of Orange or his designee (boreinaRer referred to as "Director').
