ATTACHMENT NO. 5 <br />SCOPE OF DEVELOPMENT <br />The Project Site shall be developed by Developer in accordance with the provisions of <br />this Agreement and the plans, drawings and related documents as approved by the City pursuant <br />to entitlement and permit application processes. <br />Hotel of 80 rooms or keys <br />Residential Project of no more floors. <br />City will maintain management and operation of the garage until he is at point of <br />demolition.
