Developer shall be fully responsible for securing and leasing staging locations at the <br />developer's expense to the satisfaction of the City. The construction staging location <br />and equipment shall not Impede day -to -day activities in surrounding areas, <br />28. The construction management and mltigation plan shall be discussed and analyzed as <br />part of the environmental review process prior to final approvals. <br />The City Council has the following options: <br />1. Consider the attached draft Disposition and Development Agreement Sample Graft <br />Disposition and Development Agreement) and provide direction; <br />2. Direct staff to prepare a sample Exclusive Negotiation Agreement for consideration to be <br />executed with a qualified developer; or <br />3. Direct the Planning and Building Agency to prepare a new Request For Qualifications, <br />followed by a detailed Request for Proposal process; or <br />4.
