**aREASE MYTHS <br />i It's okay to pour grease down the <br />drain as long as I run hot water. <br />Hot water only gives the !Ilusion of dissolving grease. The grease will eventually <br />cool and build up in the pipes. <br />2 Liquid oil at room temperature <br />won't clog the pipes. <br />Liquid cookingoils, Tike canola oil and olive oil, float on wastewater and easily <br />adhere to sewer pipes. <br />4 <br />} <br />4 <br />r <br />Using dish soap will prevent <br />grease from hardening in my <br />pipes. z. -. <br />While dish soap temporarily breaks up grease as you wash your dishes, the soap <br />will eventually lose its effectiveness causing the grease to solidify in the pipes. <br />WRIER OOALPY REPORT <br />EXHIBIT 4 <br />75C -40 <br />
