Morgan uses a cross - product support approach to customer service. If Georgina is unable to <br />resolve issues at the initial point of contact, she will engage the appropriate J.P. Morgan <br />department(s) on your behalf. <br />Our CSPs consult with product and operations experts, as needed, to deliver appropriate and <br />timely resolutions with respect to client requests, while our Operations experts are responsible for <br />managing research functions for client Investigation requests. <br />As your dedicated CSP, Georgina will be the primary contact for any inquiries, comments or <br />concerns. Our <br />Treasury Services Solution Center's hours of operation are from 5:00 a.m. PT to 5:00 p.m. <br />PT. <br />ACH <br />The primary treasury service contact is available standard business hours within each time <br />zone.
